Vanilla Sugar Face & Body is committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere and an excellent experience with us. We kindly request that our guests observe our policies and etiquette.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text and email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, we reserve the right to apply a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the appointment(s) cost if you choose to keep future appointments with us.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Vanilla Sugar team members schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Vanilla Sugar Face & Body policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION EMAILS & TEXTS

As a courtesy, we will email & text your service appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment date. We request that you confirm your appointment with us. At 24 hours before your appointment, you'll receive another text and email reminder of your appointment. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

NO SHOW POLICIES

If you NO-SHOW your appointment with us, you may need to pay the full cost of the missed appointment if you would like to schedule another appointment with us.

This is what will happen if you no-show: If you NO SHOW your appointment we will give you a call or text to make sure everything is ok. We know life happens. However, if you no-show we reserve the right to request that you pay the full cost of the missed appointment(s) if you want to schedule another appointment with us.

SPA ETIQUETTE & POLICIES

  • For your first visit to our Spa, we request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for your initial consultation.

  • If receiving a lash service, please arrive with CLEAN lashes that are mascara free. If you are wearing make-up, please arrive an extra 10 minute early so that you can remove it so you can enjoy your full appointment.

  • With return visits to our spa, we ask that you arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment time. We absolutely don't like running late for any of our spa guests and it’s how we like to give world class service.
